The Vision

God has promised and commanded me to awaken 10,000 firebrand ministers. A firebrand in scripture was a stick of fire wood pulled from a bon-fire to be used like a torch, spreading the flame and dipersing the darkness.

Sampson took a firebrand and lit the tails of 300 foxes and sent them running through and enemy's crops...that's quite and image! That's why we have launched this Firebrand School of Ministry and our motto is..."If you've got'em, light'em!"

Why is such a thing needed? Because we are in the middle of a new American Awakening. The Holy Spirit is no longer "hovering above the chaos", He has plunged into the hearts of this nation and Kingdom Revival is, IS, IS upon us! A new countercultural wind is blowing in the Body of Christ and while that gale force has been active in me for over 30 years, only recently, while attending a leadership conference at my new spiritual covering in Redding, California, when challenged to ask God for a fresh baptism in fire, I heard God speak to me, "You've faithfully communicated the Kingdom for 25 years... from this day forward you will demonstrate the Kingdom in Healing power". I've been smoldering ever since...

This school of ministry will not be a place of knowledge alone, but a place of impartation. What one generation fought for and won should not be a stopping place, but a new beginning point for the next generation to build upon & increase.

We will not be a reaction to the current Christian culture, fixated too often on "going to heaven", however we will desperately, passionately and "with loud crying and tears" (Hebrews 5:7) seek to create a Kingdom Culture with a laser like focus on bringing heaven to earth.

American Christianity is not at risk for lack of information or schools. It is in need of 3 things, which form the nucleus of our vision.

1. Generational Impartation; Elijah to Elisha 2 fold increase.

2. Hold Spirit Conversion; the Baptism of Fire from Jesus.

3. Healing of and through authentic spiritual authority in the 5-fold ministry (Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher)

Our Mission

Firebrand School of Ministry's mission is to equip & deploy full time ministers, whose core value is, "On earth, as it is in heaven" into the full spectrum of life on earth: artists, politicians, entrepreneurs, inventors, home-makers, church workers, and servants of all descriptions. Out of their authentic passion, they will transform the world through the communication and demonstration of the Kingdom of God.

The  Experience
~ Our school is based on Bethel's School of Supernatural Ministry.
~ Our style is "do & teach". You will minister regularly inside and outside of the church in various areas of ministry.
~ This School will not be a place of knowledge alone, but a place of impartation.
~ You will learn core Kingdom values, how to bring heaven to earth, living a Holy Spirit inspired life, and much more.
~ There will be opportunity to travel with Pastor Randy and Pastor Darren on Mission Trips.

SECOND YEAR PROGRAM:
~ In the second year, the internship will be specialized training and mentoring for the student's specific areas of ministerial calling. This will be conducted by our various Pastoral staff.

Policies

Standard of Conduct:
Students will seek to "be imitators of God" with "not even a hint of sexual immorality, or any kind of impurity," living as "children of light" and finding out "what pleases the Lord" (Ephesians 5:1-12). This standard governs our personal and public life.

Attendance:

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and punctually. Exceptions to this policy will be made only for extreme circumstances and emergencies. If a student's absences and tardies total more than 12 days a school year, it is likely that the student will not receive a Certificate of Completion and will potentially be asked to leave school.

Discipline of Students:
The freedom of the FBSM environment requires a high level of self-management. Any student struggling to make wise choices will receive quick and direct confrontation, which is designed to help draw out the greatness within the student. Our staff and pastoral teams are trained and empowered to apply strength and grace in whichever areas necessary of students' lives.

Withdrawal:

Any student who wishes to withdraw from Firebrand School of Ministry must arrange an appointment with a FBSM pastor to discuss the reasons for withdrawing from the school.
